Tenant's Fees

For all prospective tenants, we take a holding fee equivalent to one week’s rent and this must be paid when returning your completed tenancy application form(s) and will form part of your deposit.

The security deposit is equivalent to five weeks’ rent (four further weeks’ rent plus the one week the tenant(s) has already paid as a holding fee). This is protected with My Deposits and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy less any agreed deductions for cleaning, loss or damage.

Tenants will not be liable for any other charges provided that they comply with the terms outlined in their tenancy agreement.
